Exercise

Making time for Smith Machine workouts, dumbell lifting, cardio training, back rows, deadlifts, biceps curls, lat pulldowns, and trying to focus on it while girls in compression shorts and skintight nylon are exercising on nearby equipment may not be the easiest thing in the world — in fact it might be one of the most difficult — but it's got to be worth it, if the experts are right, and those experts include the likes of Jack LaLanne, Clint Eastwood, and Arnold. So who am I to argue with the likes of those authorities? I get out there every day of the week, and I focus, focus, focus. Liffffffffft that weight! You can do it, and it will make you healthier. You don't need me to tell you that. Exercise builds muscle, and more than that it makes the body use insulin better. That, in and of itself, is one of the most important reasons to exercise. It fights diabetes, one of the worst problems facing Americans today.
