The other day, hubby made me a cup of tea but I forgot about it because I was quite busy doing the housework. So when he came back from his job he asked me if I drank it. Embarrased about having forgotten to drink it, I lied and said, “Yes, dear, I enjoyed it very much.” Five minutes later he discovered the cup of tea sitting on the pass through. His face turned red and he started shaking. “What’s this?” he said. “I thought you said you drank it.” I had to admit that I had lied. Later he put ice cubes in it and made iced tea for me.
Tea is one of my favorite drinks. My day is not complete without it. Sometimes hubby makes it for my breakfast. He also drinks it too. It contains very powerful antioxidants. Our body needs antioxidants so that we will not get oxidized.

I like white tea, and I understand it's full of antioxidants. I would like to find out more about the difference between white and green tea. In fact, I'd love to read a good book about tea, but so far I don't think one has been published.
