Sweet Poison
How many times have you had a soda this week? If you're like most people, you'll say four or five. And if you look on the label you'll probably find it contains high fructose corn syrup. Well you might want to think again about ingesting that chemical. Much research raises a warning flag about the dangers of high fructose corn syrup. It is not metabolized like regular sugar. Instead it damages the liver! So, if you're interested in maintaining good health and a good weight, cut the high fructose corn syrup. It's no exaggeration to call it poison.
