Salt is Okay

I recently came across the exciting news that it's a myth that salt causes high blood pressure, and as a result I've been enjoying adding more salt to everything. This myth was exposed by science writer Gary Taubes. If you don't have high blood pressure, feel free to add salt to your food to taste, meaning to the point you like it, or as much as you want. Especially if you exercise a lot in the summer you'll probably need more salt.
