Meat, Fish, Eggs, Cheese, Fats

I'm once again eating meat, fish, eggs, and cheese. I have no fear of fats. I learned an important nutritional lesson. If I can pass along something that was given to me yesterday, you'll know what I mean. Someone told me that there's another terrific book about how good fats are for you, a book in addition to the Atkins book, a book entitled The Cholesterol Myths: Exposing the Fallacy That Saturated Fat and Cholesterol Cause Heart Disease by Dr. Uffe Ravnskov. That's another book I'm also looking forward to reading. Because now that I've accepted the conclusion that fats are not bad — indeed they are good — I want to read all I can about the subject, giving myself positive feedback at every turn.
