Picamilon is supposed to be good for headaches. But I tried it and it gave me a headache. This isn't to say that the experience of one person is the be all and end all of a supplement. But I don't know what to say about it except that it has had a lot of good Russian research. The thing about it is that it is not supposed to make an athlete feel sluggish. I'm not exactly Muhammad Ali but I do go to the gym regularly and I would not take it before going to the gym. It did not give me any additional energy; in fact it seemed to make me sleepy. Maybe it was a placebo effect, but I am still uncertain about what to say about this supplement based on my own limited experience. The research, however, is uniformly terrific and positive.
