Colds Not Cause by Cold Temperatures
The cold weather that is upon us is not itself the cause of the common cold! Instead it is bacteria and virus infection that cause the cold. In the cold weather, there is increased likelihood of transmission because the throat is more receptive to the germs that can live for longer in this kind of weather. Moreover, crowded schoolchildren in buses also cause a problem of the spread of germs. The best defense is enough sleep, good nutrition, washing your hands frequently, and possibly using good clothing, like UGG Knightsbridge.
