How Much Tea Should You Drink

The question arises as to how much tea one should drink to realize health benefits? Each cup contains 29 mg of the antioxidant EGCG (epigallocatechin-3- gallate) . EGCG has been demonstrated to have multiple health benefits including:
  1. Reducing breast cancer (Note 1.)
  2. Fighting rheumatoid arthritis (Note 2.)
  3. Diabetes (Note 3.)

I drink tea every now and then, usually once per day, but sometimes twice.
Somehow I think water is healthier :) even if it doesn't contain all the positive effects of tea... :)
