Pregnenolone and Hans Selye

Hans Selye was an endocrinologist and the world's foremost stress researcher. One of the most interesting things he studied was pregnenolone. This natural hormone has a number of beneficial effects. Chief among them is its ability to boost mood and mental agility. The hormone has not been studied as extensively as pharmaceuticals, but it is known that it regenerates brain nerve cells.
