Nigerian Training Methods

Some former Nigerian athletes have commented to this author that they preferred to use a training technique developed in Scandinavia, interval training. This method starts with a quick burst of running and follows it with a less intense period of jogging. The method usually results in faster conditioning and better aerobic results. To completely comply with the requirements of the technique you should always alternate between intense and less intense exercise during the same training session. There is no need to use any particular women's shoes.
