The Simple Way to Lose Weight

The surest way to lose weight is through the adoption of a diet that reduces carbohydrates. This is because, as numerous recent books have explained, carbohydrates cause the insulin level to rise, and insulin takes the sugar and stores it in the body. A high fat diet, on the other hand, does two things: first, it reduces the extra production of insulin to a much lower level and therefore does not put weight onto the body, and second, it encourages the body to burn more fat, actually taking fat from the body and burning it.
