Tea and Coffee

Here's a little secret that is sure to help those of you who are coffee addicts. Try putting a teabag into your next cup of coffee. It has the effect of mellowing the experience. You'll be getting slightly more caffeine content, but the addition of the theanine (from the tea) will reduce the jitters you'll feel from the caffeine and the tea will have a relaxing effect. Theanine also increases dopamine.
