My Beliefs and Health Philosophy

Some things I know almost with 100 percent certainly:
  • Broccoli is very good, fights cancer.
  • Avoiding partially hydrogenated oil is very wise.
  • Exercise is good.
  • Fish oil supplementation is vital to good health.
Some things I believe (with somewhat less evidence):
  • Saturated fat is good for you.
  • The Atkins diet is good.
  • Carbohydrates are generally to be avoided, especially simple sugars.
  • Vitamin supplementation is essential for optimal health.
