"You have a lot of great information here. I did not know that cherries can help with free radicals. According to the information on high fructose corn syrup, my body is probably really bad. I have practically lived on soda all my life, and mt dew the worst of them all. I have been able to get off of it though through a detox program which is good. Your site loads quickly and was very interesting to read."

"Very informative site! Full of the little things people don't know or need to know. Glad to see someone shares my passion for tangerines. I love them. Keep up the great work."
"This most interesting blog is about herbs from different parts of the world and their lesser-known medicinal properties. Since I'm from India I especially liked to read about the author's meeting with the mendicant in Calcutta and the information about ashwagandha, which I know from experience is a good memory-booster. An interesting blog for everyone but particularly for me, as I have similar interests and hobbies and profession too!"
"Nice website with great information on all types of ancient secrets. Graphics are clear and its professional. I will put your site with my favorites. Can't wait to read more..."
"I found your website to be very informative and interesting. I'm not that much into health and stuff but it's interesting to read and apply a few ideas. Great work."
Melatonin has been used in Australia to grow hair on sheep. Now Swiss herbalists have included melatonin in a hair tonic (Asatex) for humans.1 Usually thought of as a sleep inducer, melatonin also blocks DHT in the scalp when applied topically. A recent study concluded that "topically applied melatonin might influence hair growth in humans in vivo."2 But care is warranted when using this miracle growth cream. Too much applied to the scalp can make you look like a wild sheep. (Photo: Australian man who used too much of the miracle cure.)
