Deprenyl for Longevity

There are a number of forms of deprenyl available. One is a tablet and one is a liquid. There are credible allegations, however, that the currently available liquid form, usually imported from Mexico, is of seriously inferior quality. There is also a new patch form that is very expensive. The various forms of the drug may lead to more people trying it. There are some who argue that its ability to inhibit MAO-B makes it a perfect anti-aging drug. Studies do indeed show that mice live on average 30 percent longer when given deprenyl.

Relaxing

There's nothing worse than being in a relaxed frame of mind and going into a restaurant and having your blood pressure go up because things aren't right — no bottled water is available, the menu offers excruciatingly unhealthy food, or the furniture in the place is inferior or of poor quality. Which is why I believe that a top quality furniture outlet is important for your health. Forget about Feng Shui, what I'm talking about is an outlet that can make restaurant chairs that people are willing to sit on. For heaven's sake the seats you plant yourself on have to be of a quality and comfort zone that even the Buddha would have enjoyed. Well, enough for that, how about getting barcode scanner for your store?

Why You Should Visit the North Pole

There are three reasons why it is important to go to the North Pole at least once in your life. First, going to the North Pole will increase you knowledge of geography. Second, going to the North Pole will be good for the people of Greenland because when they find out that you went even further north than their frozen continent, they'll feel much better psychologically. Right now, it's theorized that the people of Greenland have a slight inferiority complex. Third, going to the North Pole will prepare you for later vacations, such as Caribbean cruises.

Exercise and the Brain

There is now convincing evidence that exercise is not only good for the body but it's also good for the brain. In fact a new study demonstrates that exercise produces brain growth factor. This helps the brain generate new neurons and brain cells. Exerciuse increases brain-derived neurotrophic growth factor and this increases nerve growth factor. The bottom line is that exercise preserves brain health by generating more brain cells!

Debt Consolidation

There was a time in America when the leaves were green on the trees and the fruit was ripe for picking and the land was full of plenty; a time when the larder was full; a time when confidence levels were high; and a time when debt help was only a mirage on the horizon, a blip in the minds of the fortunate and wealthy. Not everyone was riding high, of course, but things were then so much better that it was inconceivable that things could get so bad, so downright dangerous, so uncertain and so shaky as they are today, the fall of 2008, in the land of milk and honey turned sour. Only constant attention now, constant application and study, and a bit of good luck thrown into the mix, can help the besieged multitudes who flocked to the money markets and the stock markets, hoping no crash would overturn their bountiful boats; and yet, the tide has turned, there is no denying it, and people like Donald Trump and his minions have yet to see the wings of time turn back the clocks. The necessity, even to this magnanimous multi-billionaire, of consolidating debt and obtaining competent financial advice, is now clearer than ever before. Credit counseling is one sure way to emerge from the rickety little haberdashery and burrow of debt. CareOne affords the rich and the poor alike the same golden opportunity to find debt management agencies which can do for the downtrodden what Scrooge did for Tiny Tim, that is, lift them up by their bootstraps and give them the helping hand they need for the life they deserve. Yes, consolidating debt and obtaining financial wizardry can revitalize a Donald Trump, just as it can revitalize any individual, big or small, wealthy or of modest means. There's no need to be shy about getting the same kind of advice that the Donald sought when he was among the downtrodden. In fact, he still seeks advice from top consultants, and so should anyone who wants to leap out of debt and into the bright golden future that awaits all who take advice from the best. Try to check debt consolidation today.

Comfy Chairs

There is something to said for comfortable chairs. In fact there's a lot that can be said about them. Most chairs are uncomfortable because they have hard backs and flat seats. But a number of Victorian era and Tudor chairs were better designed. I'm not much of a fan of Art Deco chairs, but I have looked into hammocks. I think I'm going to get a hammock for my living room and another for my office. Not that I like to nap, but I'm expecting a visit from a Polynesian pirate and I'm sure she will enjoy the seat. Actually, I also have looked at bean bag chairs.

Deprenyl

Deprenyl is a wonder anti-aging drug that some say (quite convincingly) returns people to feeling and thinking like they're in their 20s again.

Deprenyl is a selective MAO-B inhibitor. What this means is that it prevents a brain enzyme called MAO-B from breaking down the neurotransmitter dopamine. As we age we overproduce MAO-B and lose dopamine. Deprenyl restores youthful dopamine levels and with that all the energy, motivation, and drive of youth.

Paintball for Fun and Relaxation

As the great naturalist Thoreau told us, Nature is essential for relaxation and harmony in our lives. And this includes recreation in nature or in the woods, with games such as paintball. In case you don't know, paintball is a sport in which players shoot gobs of paint at each other. You need to check this out on YouTube if you haven't seen it yet. It's awesome. And for all your paintball wardrobe and equipment, there's no better online source than BT Paintball. Anyway, I am going to check phenphedrine reviews too.

Traveling in Style and Luxury

As the legendary researcher Hans Selye explained, the reduction of stress is a natural goal of mankind. While there are many methods of achieving this state, one noteworthy method is taking vacations. The more relaxing vacations are those where you stay in a Suburban extended stay hotel. In this way all your housing needs can be met in style. I despise camping and anything where I have to do work to stay comfy. I like room service, five star restaurants, and fresh towels every day. Give me luxury or give me death, is my motto.

Coffee is a Recreational Drug

Scientists classify coffee as a recreational drug. The reason lies in coffee's ability to inhibit monoamine oxidase (MAO), a brain enzyme that degrades neurotransmitters, such as dopamine. Dopamine is a feel-good brain chemical. You experience its effect when you get a natural high after exercising. But the body regulates dopamine production and destroys it with MAO. In other words, MAO breaks down dopamine so that you no longer feel terrific. As we age the body overproduces MAO and people become sluggish, lose motivation, and experience depression — all a result of reduced dopamine levels. Well, it turns out that coffee (regular as well as decaffeinated) contains a good deal of "norharman and harman, two heterocyclic beta-carboline alkaloids" that inhibit MAO.1 These alkaloids are called MAO inhibitors because they stop MAO from destroying dopamine. They effectively prevent MAO from depleting dopamine levels in the brain, contributing to the buildup of dopamine and to a glowing feeling. The MAO inhibitors in coffee apparently also confer substantial neuroprotective effects. Studies show that coffee drinkers have a significantly lower incidence of Parkinson's disease.2

Cigarette smoke also acts as an MAO inhibitor, which is one reason people feel good after smoking. Scientists concluded, regarding MAO inhibitors, that "coffee is the most important exogenous source of these alkaloids in addition to cigarette smoking."3

Ray Sahelian, M.D. Pregnenolone Interview

I've written extensively on this blog about the neurosteroid pregnenolone and today I came across a fascinating and highly informative interview with the physician who probably knows more about the substance than anyone, Ray Sahelian, M.D. His book Pregnenolone is excellent, and in this interview he summarizes for a lay audience all the amazing mental and physical advantages of pregnenolone -- it's cognitive enhancing ability, its ability to enhance color and audio perception, its effect on pattern recognition, all this is discussed eloquently. For those interested in nootropics (smart drugs) that are legal and much safer than alcohol (which is not a nootropic, by the way), I highly recommend the article.

The Simple Way to Lose Weight

The surest way to lose weight is through the adoption of a diet that reduces carbohydrates. This is because, as numerous recent books have explained, carbohydrates cause the insulin level to rise, and insulin takes the sugar and stores it in the body. A high fat diet, on the other hand, does two things: first, it reduces the extra production of insulin to a much lower level and therefore does not put weight onto the body, and second, it encourages the body to burn more fat, actually taking fat from the body and burning it. Anyone needing references for these statements can email me or look on this site. There is no need for a frustrating hunt for what you might consider a best diet pill.

Natto

The other day I tried on a silk smoking jacket and felt instantly transported to another time and place. I felt like James Bond on the Orient Express. My blood pressure dropped and I relaxed into an easy chair. Later in the week I went to a Cuban restaurant called Azucar which has a smoking room upstairs. Again I felt relaxed and happy. These and other non-pharmaceutical methods of lowering blood pressure are available to anyone who knows how to enjoy the many pleasures of life.

But I've also discovered another way to lower blood pressure, a supplement called Natto that works wonders for the circulatory system. It apparently has no side effects and lowers blood pressure by dissolving clogged arteries. It's so safe that the Japanese have been using it for centuries. Natto is available wherever good nutritional supplements are sold and is highly recommended by many health experts who endorse an alternative approach to vitality.

Says Dr. Martin Milner of the Center for Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon:
In all my years of research as a professor of cardiovascular and pulmonary medicine, natto and nattokinase represents the most exciting new development in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular related diseases.2

Nigerian Training Methods

Some former Nigerian athletes have commented to this author that they preferred to use a training technique developed in Scandinavia, interval training. This method starts with a quick burst of running and follows it with a less intense period of jogging. The method usually results in faster conditioning and better aerobic results. To completely comply with the requirements of the technique you should always alternate between intense and less intense exercise during the same training session. There is no need to use any particular women's shoes.
