You Probably Don't Get Enough Vitamin D

I have received a number of calls. They ask about adult acne solutions. There is nothing like good old sunshine and plenty of it, I tell them. My nutritional research indicates that sunlight is a good source of vitamin D. There is also vitamin D available as D3 in pills. Most people have inadequate levels of vitamin D in their blood. Recent tests of Life Extension members, many of whom take vitamin D supplements, showed that 83 percent were deficient. This is amazing. If you live north of the Mason-Dixon line, you probably don't get enough vitamin D - even if you do take supplements.
