Soybeans and Danger to Health

Soy is a dangerous food in the uncooked state. It contains chemicals that neutralize the pancreatic digestive juices. It is a poison. It may even cause problems for many Americans who eat it. It must first be cooked. Then it can be digested. But many people do not know that soy may pose another risk. It may provide a false sense of security and encourage Americans to drink more sugar, hoping for the health of the heart that Japanese enjoy. The soy products we use in America are woefully inadequate for health, in most cases.
