Sleep and Weight Loss

It turns out that those who sleep better and more deeply weigh less. Mick Jagger is 5'10" and weighs 140. If that is a true statistic then he must sleep well. Otherwise, weight gain is the name of the game. So for those looking for a way to lose weight, getting more sleep may be the easy answer. Hard to believe that doing something so easy can have such a good effect. Check out that waistline in the above video.

Sleep sure does have a lot to do with weight. There are many scientific researches that show that there is an interaction between sleep debt and weight!
