Tea can be good . . . but it can also be a source of insomnia. The caffeine content of even a cup of decaffeinated tea can keep sensitive people up into the wee hours, and it can also reduce the amount of deep sleep they enjoy. Melatonin and other sleep aids generally cannot fight the caffeine effect. This is why we were so excited to find EGCG in pill form without any caffeine. You can find it as GreenSelect, available from VitaCost and Swanson's Vitamins, and other sources. Unlike the typical EGCG pill, which will contain some caffeine, this product has none.
