Health through the way we hike in Maine can be had by those here and there who like to walk a lot and those who think they can walk up steep hills and trails. That is why we like to say that the thing that works for them is the knee walkers and the right type of shoes for the trails and the hills. In the woods you can fall and get lost if you lose track of where you are or how you walk. A good light should be with you at all times, too.
