Health through half a heel can be had by ones who walk on one foot. What we mean by this is that you hop. To hop is to have a lot of fun and to hop is not to walk slow. That is why we like to say that to hop is to use your feet in a way that will use your heart and to use your head in a way that will use your hands and feet and hands and head and heart and that will make you good to go.
