Health goes a long way to the end of the line and that is why we like to say that it is a way for us to be good and sound good and feel good time after time. That is the way it is when we read good books and talk the talk and walk the walk. You can do it too. You can find that you talk the talk and walk the walk and do the right thing all the time if you put your mind to it.
